Fired Nitrogen Pump

The UE Manufacturing direct fired nitrogen truck is designed for the pumping of gaseous nitrogen at high rates of up to or in excess of 1 million SCFH. (standard cubic feet/hour) The nitrogen side of the pumps are powered with up to 1500 horsepower and equipped with a cryogenic centrifugal boost pump, cryogenic high pressure quintuplex pump, direct fired vaporizer system among other necessary components.

We provide the options to have the units built via trailer, skid or chassis mounted versions. The unit may either be controlled locally or remotely from a hand held pump controller. The units offer data acquisition software capabilities in addition to other features that will allow you to obtain the high rate performance desired for any given N2 job.
